Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale ("Terms of Sale") apply to every purchase made on Haircut Right, in addition to our Terms of Service. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Sale.

1. Seller

The seller is:

• Filabs, a SASU (société par actions simplifiée à associé unique) with share capital of EUR 1,000, registered at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France.
• Identified by SIREN 930 621 719 (RCS Paris), VAT number FR14930621719.

2. What you are buying

The Service sells access to AI-generated haircut previews and related features. The exact scope of each paid feature (number of previews, validity period, included styles, etc.) is shown at the point of purchase.

3. Price and taxes

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. The price displayed at the time you complete payment is the price that applies to your transaction. We may change prices at any time for future purchases; price changes do not affect orders already paid for.

4. Payment

Payment is collected by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see your full card number. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. The transaction is final once Stripe confirms it; an email receipt is sent to the address on your account.

5. Delivery and performance

The paid features are delivered electronically and become available on your account as soon as payment is confirmed, unless otherwise specified at purchase. There is no physical delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase, exercisable without giving any reason.

Important — waiver for immediate access. Because the paid features are digital content delivered immediately, EU consumer law allows you to lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, provided you expressly waive that right and acknowledge the loss before performance begins. At checkout, you are asked to confirm:

"I expressly request that the service begin immediately upon payment, and I acknowledge that I will lose my right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed."

If you tick that box, your right of withdrawal ends as soon as the paid feature has been fully delivered. If you do not tick that box, performance is held until the 14-day period expires, or until you tell us to begin.

To exercise the right of withdrawal where it still applies, email contact@haircutright.com with your account email, the order reference, and a clear statement of withdrawal. A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of a valid request.

7. Legal warranties

You benefit from the legal warranties applicable under your law of residence, including the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects where applicable to digital content. These warranties apply in addition to any commercial warranty we may offer and do not affect your statutory rights.

8. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint about a paid transaction, contact us first at contact@haircutright.com. We will reply within 14 days.

If no agreement is reached, EU consumers may submit the dispute to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or to any certified consumer mediator of their choice.

9. Personal data

Personal data collected during a purchase (email, payment metadata, transaction history) is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment records are kept for ten (10) years to comply with applicable accounting and tax law.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence apply where they offer you stronger protection.
